Accreditation

International Association for Biblical Education-IABE is an accreditation body of theological institutions, that evaluates and accredits the quality and standards of education provided by theological schools, colleges and seminaries. IABE assess various aspects of an institution, including its curriculum, faculty qualifications, governance, facilities, and student support services.

Accreditation is a voluntary process in which an institution undergoes a comprehensive evaluation to ensure that it meets predetermined criteria and standards set by the IABE. The process typically involves a self-study by the institution, followed by an external evaluation conducted by a team of experts appointed by the IABE.

The role of IABE is to establish and maintain standards of quality and to ensure that accredited institutions continue to meet those standards through periodic reviews and assessments. IABE provide a framework for accountability and quality assurance in theological education and help institutions demonstrate their commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
